I was expecting Dave Sessions and a new tech came to work on my MAC. I had an issue with Spam and was told to try a couple things--now I get even more Spam. Needed help with a greeting card website and did not get that resolved, but I can work on that item. We tried changing password for FaceBook and still cannot log on. Had to take my iPad to AT & T as I was getting Google Search Engine on it and Safari on Mac Desktop,so the two computers were not compatible, but I've gotten that issue solved.

I emailed DAVE Sessions advising him I gave Apple Customer Service your number. I requested the Apple Tech, Tyler, contact The MAC Ranch regarding the notification issue to download an Apple program that blew my computer. I did not hear back from either DAVE nor the Applte tech. Thank you for speedily solving my issue caused by Apple.

Ken SAVED my computer when the new macOS failed to load via my broadband! I had spent two frustrating days with a large number of Apple Tech Support personnel with no solution to the problem. Not only was the staff at Mac Ranch able to install the new OS, but they did it with empathy and kindness toward me and my problem. Being good at technical problem solving is a strong attribute. Having a good attitude with customers is a premium quality! Mac Ranch provides both.

You could not get into our computer but still charged up 45.00...not good business...you said it would cost 1,000 to fix our computer...well I found a person that could do it for 450.00...not good business by charging a whole lot more than it should have been...you were going to charge us 99.00 to down load information from old computer to new computer...this same person only charged us 60.00...will we be bringing our computer to The Mac Ranch for service NO WAY!
