I really appreciate the attention to detail and personal interest your staff makes as a priority. I rated the visit as a four out of five only because the reminders were way over the top. I received a request to confirm my appt via email (which I did) and then, a few days later, a request to confirm my appt by text (which I did), then a few days later someone called my wife to confirm MY appt and then someone called me to confirm. Finally, I received another text the morning of my appt reminding me of my appt. It was all just way too much.
