The Mindfulness Center offers a very friendly and positive environment, as well as a wide variety of classes. I regularly enjoy, and benefit greatly from, the restorative yoga and meditation classes. I first visited The Mindfulness Center a couple years ago when I suffered a back injury. The "yoga and alignment" class really helped me heal and regain my range of motion. Since then, I've also discovered meditation through the "intro to meditation class", which I love to go to on a weekly basis. Now, I practice yoga and meditation on a regular basis. I'm so happy I found this place. It's given me some great tools to keep me balanced both mentally and physically. I highly recommend anyone who is carrying stress or anxiety to stop by and explore a class or two.
