My husband and I have been developing a mindfulness practice for over 6 years at the Mindfulness Center. The practice has helped us to become more calm, optimistic and able to control our perspective on both problems and solutions. It seems like such a simple thing to do but it has so many benefits. My favorite results include accessing my autonomic nervous system, calming myself down, avoiding pain by deep breathing and not sorting about the future. The teacher that we fo to has the most sonorous voice I have ever hear. We are so happy that we discovered this wonderful place.
