Jordan was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Very easy to talk with. The front desk had my name incorrect, and it is still misplaced. There was not enough change in two registers to make change for a hundred dollar bill, and no one offered to get any, therefore I made two trips to make sure Jordan was tipped properly. Before I checked out, I was led to the products in the front room, I wasn't even asked if I wanted to purchase anything, my basket was just being filled for me. It would have been nice if I would have been asked, I'm sure Jordan was just doing his job.
Tammy, I am glad that you were happy with Jordan as a stylist. As far as the rest of your complaint, most of it is not accurate. Your name wasn't miss placed, it was miss spelt. If you didn't correct us the first time, we have no way of knowing it wasn't correct. We have 2 computers, and only one cash draw. You paid with a hundred dollar bill and we made change for that. We are not a bank, we don't keep enough cash on the premises to make change for everyone who wants change of a hundred dollar bill. As for as the products go, Jordan was just showing you what he used on your hair as a service to you, to educate you as to what he used so that you can replicated the style at home. No one force you to buy anything, you were simply asked if you wanted any of the products he showed you and you chose one of the to purchase. You didn't seem to have a problem when you were at the salon, or even when you came back with the extra tip, for that reason I was surprise to read the complaint you wrote. Jim
