We felt that information regarding our child's progress could have addressed without him present. Some of the information shared was done so in a lack of bedside manner and freaked him out a bit, we had to later try to explain things after calling and getting more information because we did not want to ask further questions in front of him.

What a wonderful experience. From the moment my son walked through the door he was treated with patience and empathy as this was his first visit. A smooth and informative meeting with the coordinator whilst my son was getting x-rays. Then finally meeting with Orthodontist. Very polished and professional service. Would highly recommend.

We have had great experiences with The Ortho Group of Chester County - Lionville. My son has been a patient for over a year. We could not be more please with his care of level 1 orthodontics. The staff is always professional & very knowledgable. They are always able to accommodate appointments that work with our school & work schedules.

My daughter, Arianna, had an amazing experience at the Orthodontic Group of Chester County. She had a journey of expanders with a lip bumper and braces and everything. Went smoothly. The staff and Dr.Murray were great and I would recommend them and this practice to anyone!

We absolutely adore this team! Dr. Murray has a wonderful way of easing patients with anxiety and explains procedures thoroughly. His staff is fantastic too! On days that have not exactly worked out as planned for us, they have accommodated miraculously and always make us feel appreciated and supported. That is something you do not get from most practices.

Doctor Murray, pam, anna and the entire staff is top notch from day 1. My son went to dr murray for liners. It is a busy office but very well organized and coordinated team. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Murray and his exton team.
