The wait is beyond reasonable they are super expensive wait so long I ended up going somewhere else where my pet was seen and treated within 30 mins. I will never recommend ridiculously expensive!

We brought our dog, Marta, in for TPLO surgery and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident during the entire procedure. I am not placing a rating because you're nursing staff and front reception staff were 4 to 5 stars. They helped me and were responsive, spoke to me while I waited and were quite human in helping me to get through a really anxious and bad moment.

Your Doctor Czamanski was boorish, rude and nasty little man. He raised his voice and personally called me names after telling me that I should be more patient. He then neglected to tell me how to take care of my dog and attempted to make me feel worse because, he yelled, I should not have waited so long to bring him in before he walked away and your nurse had to do his job for him. This would have been forgettable except he failed to diagnose and address the real problem. Obi was treated for an infected cut in his tongue but a repeat visit to another hospital has revealed a life threatening problem which is now being addressed. Luckily the antibiotics are also used as part of treatment for the real undiagnosed problem. He is a lacking doctor with a lack of ability to diagnose life threatening health problems. I paid $700 for pills and injections, and a well below par, sad excuse for hack vet. This is unacceptable.

This was the worst experience of my life - my 6 wks old puppy is dead because I ended up at this place - he was given a medication for seizures and neurological issues that killed him - the puppy was in pain as a result of his fang getting stuck on a pen rail and he pulled back too hard. I asked the doctor why he was not getting and anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer and the answer was that they did not want to hide the symptoms until a 5K MRI was done... also suggesting that I surrender my puppy and they would take care of it. I have have the x-rays and bloodwork reviewed by 3 vets... they all agreed that all the puppy needed was an anti-inflammatory and perhaps antibiotics. I was also charged for 6 x-rays - but only 3 images were taken and sent out - you are a rip off and a puppy killer practice.
