Overall I appreciate their approach to health but was very troubled that I was not informed ahead of time that they do not presently have a "certified" nurse to draw blood and do the urine samples so it was put on me to pay $110 because the insurance will not pay it.

I should have been told before I drove an hour each way and I should have been told if I came a different day they could have someone there to do it.

My wife was there just last week to do blood work and according to her knowledge she did not have to pay $110.

I want my money credited back to me. What happened was very unacceptable, even unethical.

Another issue is they keep losing the appointments I make for adjustments. Has happened three times now where I make an appointment, but the day of the appointment they have no record that an appointment was made. This seems to only happen with adjustment appointments that I make as I am checking out.

Until this experience I was recommending you to everyone that had health needs.

No more recommendations until this is resolved.

I was impressed by the Dr. and the staff and am encouraged that pain relief is possible. The rating of 3 was because I was in the office for 1 hour and 40 minutes and was not at all prepared for that much waiting. However, the time with me was spent well.

I was told after 40 min of waiting that they overbooked and asked if I wanted to wait another 15 min or reschedule. I decided to wait but my husband had a massage the hour after mine and he went ahead and cancelled. The masseuse was very nice and apologetic and said the massage was free because of the wait so that made it much better. The massage was also good but I don’t know that I’d come back after that experience. The massages are priced similar to other major competitors but the experience of the long wait, going through the main waiting room and then listening to people get acupuncture for awhile, and watching the staff turn over rooms was not pleasant. I would recommend either charging less or making the experience more professional.

The office staff were friendly & welcoming. Jada & Jim were a delight, very thorough & patient. I was disappointed in the amount of time spent with Dr Prather. It felt rushed. I was under the impression it would be a 30 min consult. I am hoping he can help me, based on my test results.
