Overall I appreciate their approach to health but was very troubled that I was not informed ahead of time that they do not presently have a "certified" nurse to draw blood and do the urine samples so it was put on me to pay $110 because the insurance will not pay it.
I should have been told before I drove an hour each way and I should have been told if I came a different day they could have someone there to do it.
My wife was there just last week to do blood work and according to her knowledge she did not have to pay $110.
I want my money credited back to me. What happened was very unacceptable, even unethical.
Another issue is they keep losing the appointments I make for adjustments. Has happened three times now where I make an appointment, but the day of the appointment they have no record that an appointment was made. This seems to only happen with adjustment appointments that I make as I am checking out.
Until this experience I was recommending you to everyone that had health needs.
No more recommendations until this is resolved.
