I used to go to Scarbroughs but i have found the Ritz is my place! I am very weird about my hair bc i do like to experiment and Lakin Always knows what i mean or the idea i try to explain to her. I have never had a bad experience at the Ritz nor with any stylist!!!

Also, I have a deep respect for the owner and all she does to give back outside of cosmetology!!!!!

Love love love my hair! Lakin did an amazing job. She spent a lot of time on my hair trying to give me exactly what I wanted and she nailed it. Would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if you are looking to go blonde! Thank you! ~Susan

Love my new color. Threw Lori for a loop that I wanted red instead of the usual blonde highlights and she had a great idea what to do! Also, had the keratin therapy. Excited to see how it will turn out in 2 more days. Expensive but I'm sure it will be worth it.

Happy with the experience, my color is perfect. The stylist listens and does s great job based on my input & her expertise.

To make the experience a little better, have you considered offering deep conditioning or shine treatment with a head massage? I feel that the shampoo process could be improved for a more relaxing touch. It seems to be rushed through and not a part of pampering. If nothing else, just spend a bit more time.
