About
Our vision is to create a sustainable, abundant, and health conscious community through yoga, meditation, physical exercise, and education.
Sangha Studios was inspired by a dream to develop a 'community' in a health and wellness setting. Our focus for community, ecological sustainability and integrity is interwoven throughout our classes, interior design, and overall feel. Our uniquely "up-cycled" motif exudes warmth the moment you enter any room.
Stop in to purchase one of our delicious and highly nutritious juices made from ingredients from local farms, meet with a friend for a class or just sit with your journal and write for a few. We've created a space where everyone can simply be and invite you stop by any time!
Here at Sangha Studios, we don't just believe that there is one type of yoga, work out or fitness class that is the end all be all. Like water, we can find many routes to the same source. We encourage you to be curious about your practice and fitness like that of a river, finding many sources that take you to the same root, that which is deep within you.

I really enjoyed Kathleen's Sangha Fusion Class. Challenging for a returning yoga student and Kathleens is very encouraging.

I attended my first flow class last week, and it was fantastic. I'm relatively new to yoga and the instructor was incredibly supportive and patient with me. I can't wait for my next class!

Heavy metal music is not suitable for any yoga class, even some “burn” class. After all, yoga is meditative practice while it benefits one’s physical. Good Zen and/or Kundalini music can better inspire both mental and physical strength. Yoga studio is like a temple in the sense, not a gym.
It is odd or not quite appropriate that some instructors use notes when teaching, it makes the class lack of flow and shows that the class is not very well thought out or prepared.

I am loving taking aerial yoga at the studio. Raven is amazing, the fabric is blowing my mind, and the studio itself has such a lovely, welcoming, nurturing energy.

yesterday i took my 1st aerial yoga class. i was a little nervous, but cara was such a great teacher that it quickly faded. she was specific in her descriptions of the poses & used her own experience for tips/examples. also, she took the time to make sure each student was comfortable within the poses. i left there buzzing with excitement and craving another class! i've already told all of my friends and they will be signing up soon. i'm so grateful that you all are in my neighborhood. many thanks!
