Had the worst experience with this dentist office and will be looking for another provider. I was scheduled for a cleaning Jan 25 and upon arrival

for the appointment was told they tried to call me because there wasn’t a Hygienist in the office. I never received a phone call, text or email advising my appointment needed to be rescheduled. The rude front desk person said they called me and that is not true all while their system sent texts still confirming my appointment. The front desk clerk was rude and tried to make it seem it was my fault. She verified both phone numbers in their system and email address and still no communication. I wasted gas time and leaving work early to come to an appointment that didn’t exist. Don’t bother going to this dentist and choose a provider who cares about their patients and is competent.

They always finding more work to do on you, whether you need it or not. I been recommended two more fillings. One was done very poorly. The tooth end up being misshaped and had a visible brown line across it. Had to make time to come back for them to fix it. During that visit dentist cut the edges of my front teeth off to "straighten them". My other filling end up being a crown. It was too big and uncomfortable. I informed the doctor, he responded with "I will take care of it" and saw part of the healthy tooth under the crown to fit it. The staff are incompetent and very unprofessional. They operate on a few patients at the same time and don't care about end result. Oh and turns out, all of a sudden I need another crown.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever taken my kids. Her appointment kept getting cancelled then on top of that the dentist never seems to get anything done right. The first time my daughter noticed her front tooth was still rough a bit and she was supposed to do the front two only got around to one in over an hour work. This time she did a back tooth when the front on is in way more danger claimed to me her gums were swollen which I certainly cant tell and have never heard that but told my daughter it would take to long to do. Now my daughter keeps having issues with her tongue there because she did not smooth out the filling so now her tongue bleeds from it so I have to find an emergency appointment for her to fix what your office did to my daughter great way to have your dentist get a malpractice suit leaving a year old to have issues with her mouth due to your dentist being in such a hurry she leaves a filling way too rough.

Very happy with Dr. Chang and staff. Very honest and will help you when they can. I drive from two counties away to make my visits.
