Just to clarify, access to the hotel's facilities is restricted to one hour before your appointment to ensure a peaceful and punctual experience for all guests. I understand there may have been confusion about the massage pressure and the availability of deep tissue as a paid upgrade. Deep tissue massage is indeed available at an extra charge, and our therapists are skilled at adapting techniques to suit each guest's preferences.
