My visit was great and I will be back in feb. I purchased Obagi toner, however I am disappointed that I was not offered the 20% off on obagi products as mentioned on Lite102's website. I would have purchased more had I known they were on sale.

Late last year I had my first laser procedure. I clearly emphasized that wrinkles around my mouth were

my biggest problem area. And as it turned out the most painful during the procedure. I was pre warned about the pain but not offered anything to help with it.

Recently I had my second procedure. During the procedure Abby mentioned using a nerve block in the mouth. It didn't happen and I believe it should have been offered and explained BEFORE starting.

As it turned out the laser around my mouth was very painful this time...yikes!
