Fabulous with very friendly staff

From the minute I arrived in the Stone Clinic I was treated by Dr Stone and his professional staff member with care and expertise related to my injury and recovery.

Dr Stone reconstructed my knee in 1994 and has not been a problem since. I was interested in his stem cell approached and joined his research program related to my knee. I highly recommend Dr Kevin Stone and his excellent team members.

Professional, caring and knowledgable.

All of the staff are great...highly supportive and inspiring to do what needs to be done to get the results you want. Also, the whole place has a very welcoming and fun atmosphere.

My only issue with Stone Clinic is the inability to use Medicare for insurance. That makes it difficult to recommend to anyone over 65.

As usual I was greeted and promptly put in a room where I was treated and saw Dr. Stone. then i saw Jake in PT who assisted me and gave me new exercises. It was all friendly and efficient and I was on my way in less than an hour.

My life has changed forever. At 62 I am able to do things that I haven't been able to do since my 40's. Thank you to everyone on the team for your care and sincere interest in my well being and strength.

This was a tough one to answer because my experience had a good result (fluid out/stem cells in) but not a positive process. I waited 40 minutes for Dr. Stone. (Is his time more valuable than mine?) Then I was charged the highest dollar amount ($4,000) for a procedure that took less than 5 minutes, without explanation. For context, the same procedure at HSS in NYC is $500. Then Dr. Stone brought me back to PT and told one of the therapists to work with me, but she was actually fully booked and did not tell him or me. I waited for another 20 minutes until she found one of the other physical therapists who said he could see me if I iced first (which I did) and when he came into the room, he said that he actually only had five minutes! I objected and he made it work but the whole experience was really poor.

So far the most amount of explanation was given by any doctor. I went through 10 plus surgeons globally and this is the best so far. Only recovery will tell the result of this whole thing hence cant say anything yet.

I was very thrilled with several things about the salon. The interior was beautiful and I was so grateful I was squeezed into an appointment on a busy Saturday. Everyone in the salon was lovely and sweet. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the final service. My hair was cut much shorter than I had requested and in terms of color, I had asked for highlights ("a noticeable, brighter difference") and my hair color looks the EXACT same as it did before the appointment and doesn't look lighter at all. I was also taken aback by the prices ($75 for haircut with stylist and was charged $140 for a full highlight for a total of $215). My final highlights DEFINITELY look more like a partial highlight (if that) as there is no noticeable change from before/after the appointment. Very disappointing here, as I had mentioned several times before we got started that I really wanted a brighter, more noticeable difference for my hair. At this cost and with the final product not being what I expected (with the cut OR color), I was overall disappointed with my experience as a whole.
