The guys showed up about 45 minutes late and that is the only negative thing that I have. They were careful and conscientious with our belongings which I appreciated very much. They were polite, respectful and professional. Overall the move the was a good experience.

Student movers were on site early and completed the job ahead of schedule. They were professional and took care of our belongings and property. I plan to move them again in the near future.

The quality of their service has quickly gone downhill from a year ago, when I had an exceptional experience. Fist of all, I thought the movers were very carfeless with my belongings, as they were more concerned with moving quickly rather than taking care with my furniture. When one of the pieces of furnituer did brake during transit, they blamed the quality of the piece, rather than their mishandling of the piece. When I talked to a Shelly to resolve it, she started the conversation very nicely on the first call, and offered several options to resolving the issue. She asked that I call back with what I wanted to do. I regret not giving her an answer because when I called her back she was very agitated because there were a lot of phone calls coming in. When I told her that was not my problem, she quickly starting threatening me with pulling the movers from my property with my belonging and calling the police. She then started accusing me of not wanting to pay for their services. I asked to talk to her supervisor, but she said the owner was not an easy person to talk to, and he would threaten me even more. I didn't expect such an insult, and such threats from this company. They ware very unprofessional and lacked the basic customer service skills needed for her profession. In reality, I was just expecting her to offer me a fair resolution, which one of the movers did provide. In the end, I just told them to remove the claim as I didn’t want to deal with this company anymore. I will look elsewhere on my next move. I hope this company uses this review as a wakeup call to their unfair business practices and aggressive threats.

Let me start by saying I was happy the movers were on time. My last moving company I used was hours late, but not Student movers. They were right on time and friendly.

The 3 stars is due to the movers showing up not prepared. They know, or at least the company knows that I have a Washer and dryer to move and a Refrigerator. To show up with a small hand truck with air inflated tires is humorous. It's almost impossible to move a large washer and dryer up a flight of stairs with a landing. I ended up having to help with both the washer, dryer and Refrigerator. It was hard as heck, even with the 3 of us. Took much longer than it should have. They make an appliance dolly just for this reason, they are tall,have a strap to hold appliance and small wheels to maneuver. Very disappointed, everything took longer with out the proper equipment. We would have had that washer and dryer up the stairs much quicker with the proper appliance dolly. I also helped assist in unloading the truck with a few items, which I am glad I did, because on a few occasions I would come out side from moving an item into the house and I see the 2 movers on their cell phones texting or surfing the internet. This happened a few times when I was inside the house, I'd come out to help or see where they are and they were either on their phones or sitting down. Not cool especially when I'm paying hourly.

Movers were on time, forms for signature were simple, and the two man team was organized and prepared. The men were hard workers and wasted no time getting us loaded and unloaded. I will definitely use them again for any future moves.

I have used this moving company 3 times now and have had a great experience every time. Dedicated employees are very careful, and quick to take care of everything we ask, they stay until we are done and work hard the entire day. Very Happy Customers - thanks for the great service!
