The quality of their service has quickly gone downhill from a year ago, when I had an exceptional experience. Fist of all, I thought the movers were very carfeless with my belongings, as they were more concerned with moving quickly rather than taking care with my furniture. When one of the pieces of furnituer did brake during transit, they blamed the quality of the piece, rather than their mishandling of the piece. When I talked to a Shelly to resolve it, she started the conversation very nicely on the first call, and offered several options to resolving the issue. She asked that I call back with what I wanted to do. I regret not giving her an answer because when I called her back she was very agitated because there were a lot of phone calls coming in. When I told her that was not my problem, she quickly starting threatening me with pulling the movers from my property with my belonging and calling the police. She then started accusing me of not wanting to pay for their services. I asked to talk to her supervisor, but she said the owner was not an easy person to talk to, and he would threaten me even more. I didn't expect such an insult, and such threats from this company. They ware very unprofessional and lacked the basic customer service skills needed for her profession. In reality, I was just expecting her to offer me a fair resolution, which one of the movers did provide. In the end, I just told them to remove the claim as I didn’t want to deal with this company anymore. I will look elsewhere on my next move. I hope this company uses this review as a wakeup call to their unfair business practices and aggressive threats.
