I called The Style Room and change my appointment to take advantage of a coupon I received, $20.00 off "ANY" highlighting service. After my highlights I was told I could not use the coupon on my highlights and they had to be foils. I was disappointed, the coupon should have said foils or I should have been told over the phone while making my appointment for balliage.
