The clinic is not organized. When calling with a question, it takes a full day to get an answer. Doctors perform exams that weren't scheduled, even when the patient tells them what service they came in for. They ask you to fill out all this paperwork before an appointment, and then they don't read the information that you gave them, telling you that you need tests that you've already completed and which are listed on the chart. It's maddening!
