I enjoyed my experience overall. I wouldn't have known about it except for the Amazon offer. Terribly difficult to find - thought I had been tricked when I got to 7620 Metcalf and the store front was empty, then realized it was around the back - I suggest you put a sign at the empty store front. A couple of first impressions to be honest, your receptionist was somewhat friendly but not overly warm. She stayed pretty busy doing work and not really focused on the customer. I tried to get some information on using my massage for my HSA account and getting the right kind of receipt and she really wasn't helpful or informed on how to do that. I hope the receipt I have works - your website talks about being able to use it for that, yet she really didn't know how to make it happen - maybe because I had the Amazon special? I suggest you have a receipt pad where you can hand-write therapeutic massage that has your letter-head on it. I had my Amazon receipt that showed I paid, but I may need something more official looking from your office than that. The other item, was that the special offered "fine chocolates". Hershey's doesn't qualify. They need to be fine chocolates....otherwise, just say "chocolates" on your offer. Kristen, my massage therapist was great - explained every aspect of what to expect and did a nice job. Got a lot of bang for my buck!
