I would usually leave a 5 being that it is one of my favorite places that I frequent. This experience not so great, I bought two spa treatments for my best friend and I.. as we do every year and her massage with Olga was great but there was severe hammering from the roof repair and the workers screaming, not exactly a dream spa 'day. I had Marlyn, a really nice lady but the masaage was not memorable, she spent more time organizing things than on my massage and then the massage was super soft, so it was pointless. I bought 2 refreshers and had no idea that it was not extra time if not i would have never gotten it. The first and only time i was disappointed in this spa.
