My cat was sick and they scheduled me the same day, greeted me as I walked in, very helpful and kind and thorough in his exam and answering my questions. Overall a great experience!

The staff was very friendly and patient with my anxious dog. They took plenty of time answering all of my questions and were very easy to speak with.

They seemed genuinely interested in my concern.

I was unhappy with my first visit but decided to give it another try and was very glad I did. I was unaware that the normal vet had been on vacation at the time which explained the chaos and lack of routine/rapport with the staff during that visit. For this past appointment, the staff put me very much at ease and I felt did a great job interacting with myself and my dog as well as communicating what they were doing and any recommendations they had. I would definitely recommend this location.

This office provides caring, thoughtful veterinary service for my Golden retriever. The entire staff is professional and attuned to Bella’s needs as well as mine. No one rushes; everyone listens. Strategies to address problems are explained thoroughly and there are choices when medically appropriate. I am thrilled that I have this office watching my back!

Cami is always nervous at the vet. She loves the techs and vets, and all the attention and treats. She is a big strong dog and doesn't care for the shots.

The staff at the Vet is always so friendly and helpful. I was running a few minutes late, and they greeted me with a friendly smile and got us taken care of promptly. Dr Callejo is ray of sunshine. Our dog actually gets excited to go to the vet. Also, if there are potential savings programs or coupons available for products, they let you know how to save as much as possible. They also have some great recommendations for pet sitters, grooming, and training classes. Two big thumbs up!

The Vet is wonderful, unfortunately, the staff can be very abrasive, unsympathetic and immovable; not always, but when they are its like a slap in the face. For example, if your pet has a problem that might be an emergency or close to it, they will flat turn you down, suggesting you go elsewhere if they feel they are booked for the day. I might add here, there is rarely anyone in the waiting area,

This is definitely a "High End" practice with prices reviling that of a human hospital stay. For this you can expect clean and pleasant facilities for you and your furry house mates. I would rate the vet an easy five stars in knowledge and "bedside" manners. I have to knock off two stars because of the staff ability to turn friendly into almost insulting.

While it may be difficult to decline a request for an immediate appointment, sometimes it's unavoidable. Our highly trained staff refers clients to Emergency DVM's or Specialists when deemed necessary. We take the responsibility for your pets health seriously.
