Normally I would give 5 stars. But, yesterday when I arrived I entered the reception area and was blasted with a mother yelling for her two boys. These boys had to be between the ages of 10 & 7. The whole time waiting for Lisa I was treated to the boys wrestling around and the mom yelling at them while talking extremely loud. If I had been upstairs getting a massage or facial I would have been livid. Customers pay good money to come there to relax and forget about their problems. The last thing I want to do is pay good money for relaxation time and leave feeling more stressed. If you are are going to call yourself a Spa, then children and 'loud' adults should be dealt with.
I am so sorry, we are trying to find a tactful way to address these types of situations. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in this case. We will try to address it again. And I thank you for your feedback and bringing it to our attention as to how much it affects the other guests in the salon. Again I apologize.
