The vet and the vet tech were excellent./ My feedback for you is that when I called about my pet's symptoms and asked about setting up an appointment, the front desk person to just come right in, right then. (6 pm Thursday). What I wish she had told me was that if I chose to do that, I would be charged the extra amount for service After Hours. When I reacted to her statement of "come on in now" with surprise, she said yes there was a vet on duty, but did not explain the additional fees I would be paying. So the service and attention from the vet were great, but i was very surprised at how much my bill was at the end. / When training new staff members, can you please be sure that they let customers know about the fee rate.
Ms. Brogan- we appreciate your review and sharing your experience. Please rest assured- since November 2017 our fees have been the same 24 hours a day. The total for your walk-in exam with Roxie would have been the same as you paid that evening, whether it was 6am, 6pm, 1am, 1pm, etc. My apologies for any confusion and/or misinformation caused on our part with this.
