I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the service I received from Tracy on December 24th, 2013. She did not properly tighten my hair up and constantly complained how she could not tighten up my hair. I had plenty of new growth which should have made it effortless to tighten my tracks up. I was inconvenienced for 5 hours with her fratenizing and complaining about what she could not do and she left the back of my hair in a disarray. I have never had any problems with the stylists until that day. Idk if I will patronize TWS Warren again, if I do I will definitely steer clear of TRACY!!
