Miguel I hope that you and your family are well. We closed our shop on the 21st of March and then we froze all accounts on April 1st so you will not be charged your monthly membership fees. Your monthly fee got charged on the 24th of March, before we froze it. Now those services are there and you will not lose them. If you need me to refund you, please email me at [email protected]
