Doctor didn't want to treat my pain was just interested in getting me on a regular visit schedule.
Integrated Wellness replied:
Our focus is always to get our patients out of pain first, and then correct the problem through our state of the art rehab program if they desire. We give the patient a choice of patch care (pain management only) or fix care (resolve pain and then correct structure). Since this is anonymous I don't know how to comment on where the communication breakdown occurred. Sometimes people want to fix it, but want it done in 1 or 2 visits, which isn't always reasonable depending on the problem. If they have a structural problem that has occurred over years, it may take weeks or months to get them back to where they were several years ago. We have a plan that is right for you. We just need to know what your expectations are. Our doctors have gone on to receive years of advanced education to not only give temporary relief, but rather permanent correction if that is your desire.

The open therapy allows our patients to received treatment in an environment where they can be overseen by the rehab therapists, chiropractors and medical staff all at the same time. Putting patients in individual rooms with all the therapies that we provide would inhibit our ability to give more personal care. We do have closed rooms for exams, consults and medical services.
