Paid for a 50 minute massage and received maybe a 30 minute one. Got to the front desk to pay in under an hour from when I checked in. This was a Mother’s Day gift that I was just able to use since COVID. The front desk said they would add additional time on for free onto my next massage, but still charged full price for the 50 minute one! Very disappointed in this experience.
