I had a massage, which was done expertly. The facilities were attractive and clean. My one concern related to the lack of masks by staff. I don’t recall seeing much information on this before my visit. It would be helpful to make the policy known and ideally to give clients the option of asking that staff providing a service mask for the duration of the service.

About a year ago my daughter treated me to a Hydro facial. It was an 80 minute facial. Ultimately my 80 minute facial was only about 60 minutes. I didn’t realize it till after I was done and realize the time.

The facial was ok - but I felt ripped off.
