The wait was extremely long. Very unpersonable front desk. Upon walking in I was instructed to go to the tablet to check in, no hello, good afternoon. Children were moving around and playing in the lobby. I moved to the other side of the building twice to get away from the same three children. I spent quite a bit of time at home filling out the patient forms only for your office not to have it in the system. I was not asked for the print out ( that I was instructed to bring) I voluntered it after it become apparent that I was being asked all those questions again. I was not asked if I wanted to get glasses that day, but was instructed to have a seat and I would be called up to check out when the front desk was ready for me. I did not purchase glasses and when the gentleman was not serving a customer I went and told him I was ready to check-out.
