I really liked the facility @ Hillandale, the doctor and the techs. Everyone was very accommodating. The HiPAA patient portal is very forward thinking and obviously invested in technology. I like being able to go back and look at my records/results. Although, I did pose a question about getting my forgotten lense RX with the "send message" feature - the question is not answered yet-it would be nice to include a timed response expectation to alleviate an angst about questions being answered. The reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because it is almost impossible to get through via the phone - excessive wait times.
