Instead it pertains to their marketing and email practices.
Over the last year, Thomas Eye is more aggressively sending marketing email. Fine, I understand that up to a point.
But willfully disregarding opt-outs and unsubscribes is simply marketing malpractice.
I've probably unsubscribed 5 times or set my preferences to "don't send me anything!".
The emails continue.
