I really like this place, the staff, especially the eye docs, but, the wait, to see people, seems to last a lifetime. I understand the wait for your eyes to dilate, but just to get to see a technician, you sit and wait and it seems like, forever. I've mentioned it to the staff there, and they agree, were it not for the physicians, they would leave. But, like I said, I love the docs and so do my eyes. That's the most important thing. So, mutter about the wait times but take your eyes here.

Overall, the entire staff at Thomas Eye Group was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable of their responsibilities. The wait time was minimal and the facilities were clean and modern. Dr. Berman spent a good amount of time explaining my condition and I am happy that my Doctor from Connecticut recommended him, as I am new to this area.

Pleasant, efficient and thorough.

The Check in was easy. The wait time was short or reasonable. The assistants and Dr. Burman were very nice and easy to talk to and explained everything well.

This was a terrible experience. Everything from way too many irrelevant questions from a check-in kiosk (is my marriage common law?), then FOUR sessions in your waiting rooms. The doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me, and then I waited for another 25 minutes just to see the "contact specialist". A man sitting next to me in the waiting room had the same complaints I did about the excessive amounts of wait time. In all my visit took two hours and 15 minutes. Upon making the appointment I asked about how long it would take and was told "no more than an hour". The staff was friendly, but I have to admit that the amount of sitting around and waiting one has to do here is beyond excessive. To have only one girl that handles all contact lens fittings is insane given that I'm guessing most people coming through the doors are for contacts.

You need to stop over booking these appointments. Also, I was told the visit co-pay was $10, but no one mentioned the $40 "contact fitting". I've worn contacts for over 40 years, so I think I can tell when my contacts "fit", I don't need someone to tell me they do or don't. In fact, I've NEVER been handed a pair that didn't fit.

That said, the staff clearly is good at what they do.

Dr Berman is the best along with a very efficient and processional staff. The only thing I do not care for is the signing in process. Not very personal.

Haircut was OK, more of a trim. Didn't get assistance on selecting product for my particular hair (fine). Was given $9 small sample size when the regular size shampoo was much more of a value. I was criticized for coloring my own hair, but that is a budget issue. I like the salon, so I will probably go back.
