This was a terrible experience. Everything from way too many irrelevant questions from a check-in kiosk (is my marriage common law?), then FOUR sessions in your waiting rooms. The doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me, and then I waited for another 25 minutes just to see the "contact specialist". A man sitting next to me in the waiting room had the same complaints I did about the excessive amounts of wait time. In all my visit took two hours and 15 minutes. Upon making the appointment I asked about how long it would take and was told "no more than an hour". The staff was friendly, but I have to admit that the amount of sitting around and waiting one has to do here is beyond excessive. To have only one girl that handles all contact lens fittings is insane given that I'm guessing most people coming through the doors are for contacts.
You need to stop over booking these appointments. Also, I was told the visit co-pay was $10, but no one mentioned the $40 "contact fitting". I've worn contacts for over 40 years, so I think I can tell when my contacts "fit", I don't need someone to tell me they do or don't. In fact, I've NEVER been handed a pair that didn't fit.
That said, the staff clearly is good at what they do.
