I appreciate the respect and kindness they show to us and our children even when the kids are struggling to have good hygiene they were kind to teach them what to do better and equipped them with a special toothpaste so the kids can see where to brush better!

Loved Dr Thomas, I went in with a broken retainer and he fixed me right up with lots of laughs. They will definitely be my daughters orthodontist when it is time.

Usually awesome.. today awful. The lady at the front was rude! She was rude to my daughter than rude to me. Then she wanted to charge me a late fee. My father in law brought my daughter in the previous Thursday and had no idea the office was closed until they got there. Turns out they had my number listed as Katie clarks my daughters dentist. So they didn't call me and tell me it was closed and I had someone else bring her who had no ide the office was closed bc they never called me. And she snapped back that they called "everybody"-- well, they didn't. So my father in law spent an hour an half driving from pineville to Lancaster to pick stella up to drive her to this appt in fort mill that was closed. And then the lady at the front wants to be rude and wants to charge me a late fee. No apology or nothing. Just she will talk to her mgr about me not paying the late fee?

Well how bout you pay my gas and my time? Not happy bc not only did I hear it from my father in law about wasting his afternoon and his time but then I have to hear it from the rude chick at the front desk!!!

I've had 2 children in and out of braces through this practice and have been extremely pleased with the process and outcomes on both my girls!

I love the doctors and the help with finances has been great. I have had an issue with a technician that repeatedly badgering my daughter on an issue that I already had discussed with the tech. The doctor overheard and come over and apologized to the issue (not the repeatedly asking about this problem). Another one upset my niece saying that she didn't do what she was supposed to and was going to start charging her parents. The girl was terrified going back in. I have also had problems with the phone system. Both doctors have been professional, take the time to talk to the parent directly, and attend to an issues right away.

I have been so disappointed with this group. The ladies at the front are very sweet, and the lady that worked on my son 2 visits ago was fantastic, but the one before was not friendly at all and actually sort of mean to my son. She did not care about making us feel at home, and actually seemed just tired of being there. Also, it is next to impossible to change your appointment bc there is no flexibility on squeezing my son in unless its an emergency. My oldest son went to Hodnett, but I wanted to try here bc of location and good recommendations. So frustrated!

This practice very rarely make acceptions for people, it's there way or no way! My child on several occasions had to come back because the wire came loose or go to the fort mill location for some reason but when you need them to make an exception it was always No. the front desk staff are very rude too! I do not recommend this office. I've compared to other local ortho and can see a huge difference in the outcome. I think they use cheap products or something.
