Dr. Vert and his staff are excellent. My only complaint is the constant emails. It is becoming tedious to say the least. I must get at least 3 or 4 emails reminding me of my appointment. Now I get an email wanting a review. Enough already! Do NOT give Dr. Vert your email address. I would have given him 5 stars if it were not for the constant bombardment of emails.

Hello, I'm sorry about the emails. We use 3rd party company for patient appointment reminders and emails are used if they can't get confirmation via text. Emails are actually the last resort for them to try and reach patients to confirm their appointment. Emails are mostly used to send Birthday greetings and sometimes Treatment plan options at patients request. Please give us a call so we can help you eliminate this bombardment of email situations you encountered. - Thank you for putting your trust in our practice - Anne P.
