I was extremely happy and well cared for during my visit to Eye Care Center of Chesapeake. They were on time, friendly, made me feel welcome, and answered all of my questions. All of their staff were extremely personable and kind. I left my visit feeling very well cared for and all of my questions answered. Highly recommend.

Staff is friendly and understanding and knowledgeable. My little girl was nervous as it was her first eye appointment ever, but they were really patient and soothed her just by talking to her and explaining everything. I always have a great experience here.

Very professional and service from each and every employee I have encountered with. The Dr. is also very thorough with his patients! Anytime a question is asked, they tale the time to explain things. I would recommend this office to anyone, kids, adults, families!

Dr. Miller is thorough and pleasant and makes the eye exam a pleasant experience.

The optical shop has a good selection of eyewear.

The receptionists make checking in and out easy and pleasant.

I have been going to Eye Care Center of Chesapeake for years and always receive outstanding care. My most recent visit was for new glasses and Matt was fantastic, as he always is, at helping me determine the best frames and lenses and finding the best price.
