The quality of the work was outstanding. My only complaint was the extremely long delay in getting the job done. I was told it would take three weeks but it ended up taking more than twice that long. The excuse every time I contacted my representative was that the company was "slammed" and it was taking longer than expected. Not once did my rep initiate a conversation; I had to call, leave messages and email him each time for an update. In my opinion, an accurate timeline should have been communicated up front and occasional updates on the job status would have been appreciated. Again, the sign looks fantastic and I get soooo many compliments on it!!!
