Very responsive and professional. Randy was so nice on the phone and was able to get an electrician out to our property promptly. The electrician, Andy, was very professional as well and fixed the problem within a short amount of time. I will definitely call Thornton Electric again when the need arises.

Several years ago I had Thornton Electric do a pot light addition in my kitchen. The ceiling was removed and cans were added in the appropriate places. Unfortunately the Sheetrock was replaced but became warped because of the flanges on the cans. When the covers were installed they would not fit flush to the Sheetrock. There answer to the problem was to caulk the covers to the ceiling. That makes changing the bulbs very difficult. Totally unacceptable. They also installed a defective ring in one fixture and did not tell me. I discovered it later when the cover started to fall down. There solution was “don’t worry, it’s not a problem”. Needless to say I don’t use them any more and can’t recommend their work to anyone.

Happy to have Dave arrive to replace breaker and get two rooms up and running again. The device blew the breaker and we had no power. Dave solved our problem with ease and had everything working.

Dave did a great job replacing the two outdoor LED security lights located high up on the side of our commercial warehouse in South San Francisco. The replacement lights were a bit smaller in size to the originals, so he even took the time to paint the exposed area surrounding the new lights for a complete, finished look. We have been using Thornton Electric for years and their commitment to service is excellent.
