Randy Thornton is very honest, reasonably priced, and professional in presenting us a quote for an electrical work order request on our company. In these current times of uncertainty selecting a reputable vendor is a big deal for me. TEC is professionally pleasant while proficient.
I was confident throughout the whole process.
The emergency services rendered fixed a compromised breaker on the main service panel.
TEC set expectations clearly and managed the work with PG&E, secured the permit, and city inspection.

First went to the Main panel finding two breakers tripped. Reset the breakers and outlets tested green so those repairs were off the list. Moved on to the dimmers and dimmer switches were replaced. Garage fluorescent bulbs were switched to LED. Track lighting bulb replaced. Upstairs track lighting build changed to LED header. Questions regarding flickering and Dave explained the problem and solution.
First time to work with Dave and things were moving smoothly. I was watching the clock but Dave was clear-minded and accurate in processing my list. He is detailed oriented and confident. We would welcome Dave into our home anytime to solve our electric problems. He discussed with experience and knowledge the subject of generators and what is necessary to run one and install. Also the responsibilities of the homeowner in operating a generator. So he is interactive and information is great when you have a brownout or power outage. I am pleased with the service.
