The procedure was explained well and went very smoothly, Dr. Erin is fantastic! My only problem is that the office is very busy (I’ve only seen one person other than me in the waiting room) but the office staff can sometimes see you as a time slot not a person I called in with pain, not soreness, and was told I would have to wait a week in pain to be seen because they were too busy

Totally screwed up my credentials with the financing company and I’ve spent days trying to correct this information to set up my account and payment plan. Additionally, I was given someone else’s prescriptions on the day of my procedure and had to return to the office the next day to retrieve corrected paperwork.

Wonderful practice. Staff very nice, knowledgeable and caring. Explored another practice cost was twice the price quoted from Three Rivers. Will be scheduling services today. Will let you know the outcome
