Overall nice people, most of the vet technicians are very sweet and nurturing to my dog. There's one that stands out - super warm and friendly (I wish I remembered her name). I also like the doctors - except for Dr. Daverna. He seems to care more about padding his wallet (recommending expensive treatments that are not necessary), rather than doing what is truly in the best interest of the pet. I also don't like being pressured to give vaccinations or treated with scorn when we refuse them. If a rabies titer was offered, instead of a full blown vaccination, I'd be more open to that. I understand that it is their job to recommend, however, if I decide to decline - it's not because I don't care -it's because I've done some research and do care tremendously.

Thank you for complimenting our staff & our technicians. We love hearing when our clients are appreciative of what we do for their pets. As for Dr.DeVerna, you have not seen him for your last several visits. He absolutely will only do what he feels is "in the best interest of the pet". I am saddened to hear you believe otherwise. Our recommendation for Rabies vaccination is based on the NYS law that all pets are required to have a Rabies vaccine. I am sorry if you felt pressured in any way, but that is never our intention. Thank you for your feedback.

Dr. Jones and her wonderful compassionate staff ate beyond amazing. I have been to so many vets for over 35 years. This wonderful hospital truly cares and does not rip you off like most.
They have been there for all my four dogs, whether an emergency or supporting me in transitioning my pets to the rainbow bridge.
There is no better critical thinker than Dr. Jones and her team. Thank you for all your advice, love and support. Dr . Christine

Got an appointment pretty fast. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen at the office. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I definitely trust them with my pets!
