My contacts with Through the Haze over the past 3-4 years have been very positive. I got my first Progressive lenses in 2015 (I think), and though they took a while to get used to, I came to love them and felt like I could do ads for them. Earlier this year I got another pair because of more recent tests. I had difficulty with the new ones. I gave them a good try for a number of weeks. During this time I was in touch with Irwin about the problem I was having with them. He paid attention to what I described to him, and after reviewing and updating information about the relationship of lenses to my eyes, he ordered another pair for me. The new ones turned out to be as good as my original ones, more than satisfactory.
My point is that: *Staff there listen to you and are more than willing to make adjustments if needed. That's good service, not something you can expect everywhere.*
Many thanks to Irwin in particular, partly because he was also helpful in helping me choose frames.
My experience with Through the Haze was very positive.
