We took our vehicle into Tidwell to get a comprehensive check of our 2009 Honda Pilot. We were told in the past by another repair shop that a costly engine block replacement needed to happen because of an oil leak. Not only was this not the case but we did not have any oil leak at all.
Tidwell gave an honest and fair estimate of the repairs that were needed. All were parts that would wear after a 14 year check up. We agree to all of the repairs and asked if there were any discounts that we could take advantage of. The cash discount of 5% was the only offer that we gladly took.
We scheduled the repairs for the following Thursday and Friday and gathered the cash for the repairs.
All repairs were handled in a timely fashion and the car was delivered on time.
Tidwell also offers a 2 year or 24,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty on parts and labor.
We could not be any happier with the reapirs.
