Care, compassion and XLNT customer service is what I look for and expect from anybody I do business with. I have been a long time customer of TAH. I was quite happy with the service in the beginning. But, something has changed there. I have left after my last several visits just not feeling too terribly "warm and fuzzy" about your service or the vets care. I just don't think the vets are all that compassionate and it seems to be a revolving door as far as staffing goes. New vets and now mostly new reception staff. I had an 11:15am appointment today (6/12) and it was not until 11:35 I was even placed into an exam room. I waited till 11:45am before I walked out. It did seem the facility was very busy this morning - but an explanation from your staff about why I was going to wait so long would have been nice. (emergency would have been an acceptable excuse for me) There are quite a few vets in the Tigard area and I will be exploring my options until I find a vet that provides the service one would expect.
