The crew showed up when scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. We have had no leaks since. Thanks. I would definitely recommend Tim Parks in the future and since i own several commercial buildings and am in charge of 2 others, i will definitely keep Tim parks' number close at hand for any future needs.

We were in a bind as we needed to have a minor roof repair completed as a condition of selling our property. The closing date was in three business days. It was a particularly bad time to hire a roofing company as the area had recently experienced a tropical storm that had left many roofs requiring repair. No other roofing company considered our small job large enough take on. Thankfully, Tim Parks agreed to do the work, and at a reduced cost. Not only did he do the minor repair, he also fixed some other issues with the roof, all within the required deadline. As a result, we were able to close the property on time. We highly recommend his roofing service.

Timothy Parks Construction re-roofed a portion of a mobile home we purchased as an investment property in Haines City in 2013. He did an excellent job and we felt the pricing was fair. When asked to come out in his Home Inspector capacity to supply an evaluation for the insurance company on the portion of the roof that he did not reroof, he was there that day and supplied his evaluation in writing at a discounted price.

My roof had been leaking for a while and my insurance company denied my claim to have the repairs done. I called Timothy Parks Construction and Timothy Parks responded immediately. He set an appointment for the next day. He completed his assessment and the work was completed the next morning. I was very impressed with the professionalism in which my services were handled. I would highly recommend this company.
