The shop is very professional looking and owner onsite is a big help in any franchise business However I still had challenges with the install that need to be addressed.
In an effort to improve the consumer experience and manage expectations the installer might want to inspect the car and discuss with the customer any challenges they might arise. I was assured this installer was the "best" in the business.
My tint is not square. What that means is the "cut line" is not straight.
The other major challenge that was only discovered a day after install was "drip marks" all over the inside and outside of my car. I brought my car to Tint World in show car condition / waxed and clean - it sat outside for a few hrs and accumulated pollen. The installer must do a better job of clean up. My Nav screen, dash, shifter all had water dots. The outside of my car had drip lines. This was unexpected and inconvenient as I only hand wash this car.
Overall the experience was good but to keep my business and request referrals you can do better.
