Recently dropped my car off for an oil change and wiper change, thinking this would be a fairly cheap and quick venture to the mechanics. Anything BUT that, once I was done playing phone tag with the front desk girl I finally went over to speak with them in person. The first thing that didn't strike me as good from this shop was the fact that they tried telling me I needed new brakes all around, to which I let them know I had my brakes replaced all around a few months ago. Once I mentioned this all of a sudden the brakes notice wasn't for my car it was for another. Then when Lisa the manager rung up my bill she said it was $126 for me to get wipers and an oil change. I didng hestitafe to question why it would be that much. She said it was $30 for the oil change , fine. Then it was $25 per wiper since they were Rain-X, fine. It was the last $30 "Recommended Electrical Service" charge I had the problem with. Once questioned she told me that the electrical charge was to replace the wipers. I then questioned back, "since when does it take electricity to put on wipers?" The fee was then taken off, after my obvious conflict with the price, and it was down to $90 for an oil change and wipers. The most expensive place I have ever been to for simple car maintenance. The $30 still doesn't make sense, and I'm wondering if I didn't question it if she would have even went over the bill with me. Overall in my opinion it's an unprofessional business, too many red flags for just an oil change. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
