Brought our 2004 van in for oil change and to look at 2 issues: 1) belts were making noise 2) windshield washer had just stopped working. Tires called before starting the work on the 2 issues to make sure we were good with the plan and price. They completed the work on time at the price they estimated. The van now sounds like a new car even though it has 140K+ miles on it. I like the fact that there was not a long list of other things they thought "had" to be done immediately like you see from some repair shops. Tires works with us like a partner to keep our used cars running right so we don't have to buy new ones.
