They first tried to tell me that I need 4 new tires then it was my brakes and my timing belt. At the end of the day I ended up spending over $300.00 and still had to go to Discount Tire because they did not even bother balancing my tires after they put the new ones on. Worst experience EVER!

When I went to get my car my football that was in the back seat was sitting on my trunk. This means the employees went into my back seat to play with my football. Also my weight belt was missing and the manager didn't seem to care. Will not be back for service in the future

The manager, Chris, and staff were amazing! I dropped in near closing last night in need of a new battery. One was found, price was right, and I was on my way in no time.

I went in yesterday to have my tires changed on my car because they needed it. I was lucky to get tires that were on sale and inexpensive and the good news is that I didn't have to wait for my car very long!

Awful. The manager there Chris clearly tried to scam me out of lots of money. Very shady operation. When he called to say that it would cost $460 for 5 spark plugs and a gas cap I was floored. I told him that we could not afford that. He then asked me what my price point was. What does that even mean? Since when is there room for bargaining....unless he over charged me from the beginning. He dropped the price by $90. We went in to pick up the car and pay an astronomical price for them to run a diagnostic. He added a "shop supply" fee ($22) to the already $110 diagnostic charge. (Mind you, right next door at AutoZone....they charge $0 ...yes FREE for a diagnostic). Tire Works charges $27 per spark plug and Auto Zone charges $4.79. It was a total scam and I will NEVER return. I will tell everyone I know to not go there. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before going.

It took about 2 hours due to the delivery of the battery and I was told 40 minutes other was all was done right I think you need to get the battery supplier in gear because they told you 20 minutes and you would have the battery and they make you look bad

Over priced window repair and took a really long time too. I've had the same repair done two other times for far less cost. Left dirty finger smudge prints on the window too, thanks! Only reason I stayed was proximity to McDonald's so my kid and I had somewhere to hang out while the repair was made.
