I TOOK MY MY TRUCK IN TO GET A FUEL PUMP PUT IN AND I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF MECHANICS THAT MY BALL JOINT WAS BAD AND I SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING IT AND HAD ONLY ABOUT THOUSAND MILES AND MY TIRE WOULD FALL OFF AFTER THINKING ABOUT WHAT HE SAID COUPLE DAYS LATER I TOOK MY TRUCK IN ON THURSDAY AUGUST 24TH TO HAVE BALL JOINT REPLACED I WAS QUOTED A PRICE AND THEN I RECEIVED PHONE CALL THAT NOT ONLY MY BALL JOINT NEEDED REPLACED BUT ALSO MY CONTROL ARM AND IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK TO GET PART AT FIRST I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO PUT 500.00 DOWN AND I WENT OVER TO DO SO AND MANAGER I THINK HIS NAME IS JESSIE SAID HE DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE LETTING ME DRIVE MY TRUCK OFF PROPERTY CAUSE WHEEL COULD COME OFF AT ANYTIME AND MECHANIC SAID SAME SO SAID WOULD KEEP MY TRUCK UNTIL PARTS CAME I TOOK THERE ADVISE AND LEFT MY TRUCK THERE UNTIL PART CAME BUT ANYHOW I WAS TOLD BY FELLOW EMPLOYEE THAT ON FRIDAY THEY SEEN SOMEONE DRIVING MY TRUCK OFF TIRE WORKS PROPERTY I THOUGHT NOTHING OF IT I WORK AT HOTEL ACROSS THE STREET ON MONDAY MORNING I SEE SOMEONE DRIVING MY TRUCK AND THEY GO ON TO MAIN ROADS AND I CALL TIRE WORKS AND ASK THEM WHY THEY ARE DRIVING MY TRUCK JESSIE THE MANAGER SAYS WE HAD TO GO GET PARTS AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER VEHICLE TO DO SO AND I WANT YOU TO KNOW MY TRUCK IS NOT REPAIRED AT THIS TIME AND I WAS UPSET BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT DRIVE MY TRUCK AND THAT THEY DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ME DRIVING MY TRUCK LIKE THAT BUT THEY WAS USING MY TRUCK TO GO GET PARTS AND MANAGER SAYS TO ME WHAT DO YOU WANT A DISCOUNT AND I TOLD HIM ITS NOT ABOUT THAT ITS ABOUT YOU DRIVING MY UNREPAIRED TRUCK TO GET PARTS AND I HUNG UP THEN I GOT ANOTHER PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE ELSE DONT REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT HE STATES TO ME WERE GOING TO GIVE YOU 150.00 OFF YOUR BILL DO YOU WANT US TO REPAIR YOUR TRUCK OR NOT HE ALSO DID NOT GET CONCEPT OF DRIVING MY UNREPAIRED TRUCK I COULD SEE IF IT WAS A TEST DRIVE BUT IT WAS NOT I DO NOT APPRECIATE THEM LET WHOEVER DRIVE MY UNREPAIRED TRUCK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS TOLD BY YOUR EMPLOYEES I SHOULD NOT DRIVE IT AND YOU GUYS HAD MY TRUCK THERE FOR OVER A WEEK BEFORE I GOT IT FIXED HOW MANY OTHER TIMES DID THEY USE MY TRUCK TO GET PARTS I THEN TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES AT YOUR COPORATE OFFICE AT TROPICANA WAS PLAYING PHONE TAG WITH GIRL NAME ROBIN AND I LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE FOR HER TO CALL ME NEVER DID AFTER LAST CALL ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES THOUGHT IT WAS OK TO DRIVE MY TRUCK UNREPAIRED TO GET PARTS WELL TO ME THAT IS NOT OK

One of the worst experiences ever. 8 year customer lost over a jerk behind the counter. Saturday 7/8/17 is the last time I will enter Tire Works - your staff actually threatened to remove me. Refused to help. awful service. I just moved to this part of town and have been going to the Tireworks on 215 and Jones (Southwest) for 8 years and never had issues like this. 3 cars I have been using Tire Works for.

I came 06/16/17 for small oil leak and they couldnt fix the problem. They broke my radiator hose and did not tighten up my radiator. They said they cant fix the problem. No refund. Small leaks ended up more problem. I still want my refund.

dropped car off at 10am, was told about 3 hours to replace alternator, which I'm not sure it even needed a new one. They said they put in 3 different ones trying to get the right voltage but never did. they should have checked to see if battery was bad, but I'm sure they wanted the 500 dollars for a alternator. finally got car around 5:30 and was told to drive around to get battery charged up, and to come back in 5 days for an inspection of electrical system. did it cure the problem? I'm not sure. It starts ok, but a new battery might have done the same. I'm hoping not to have anymore starting problems, and that the alternator was indeed the problem. Time will tell....

I asked for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. After driving away my on star notified me that my tire pressure was low. I manually checked the tires. 33, 29, 31 31. The tires should be all at 35, which is what the receipt states was done.

I now question whether the tires were rotated at all. I sat and waited for 90 minutes for the service in no A.C., sweating my through my clothes. Only to have to go back for air service.

It's disappointing as I have had previous service at other locations and have been able to trust the work completed, I live 300 feet from this location now and wanted to continue having service but I am unsure now.

When I returned the assured me my tires were rotated and filled my air. Should I need to mark my tires to ensure paid services are completed.

I was in a time crunch and really needed accurate time frame to coordinate with my schedule. This is the third time I have dealt with them, and in speaking with other customers also waiting the original time estimate is typically hours off from actuality. It would help if the waiting area was comfortable and tv got more then one channel!
