The staff here were very nice. My car and I have been 152,000 miles together and we have all kinds of problems. I appreciated how the staff listened to me and didn't treat me like a crazy woman with an old dented car.
I do have a concern. After I had explained all my tales of woe and signed the form to have my car checked out, I expected to be given an estimate of what fixing my stated problem (no air-conditioning) would cost Before any work was done.I was really shocked when I was presented with the fact that $172.00 worth of work had already been done and they wanted to do $100.00 more. What would they have done if I had been unable to pay for what they had already done???? I have been to a great many repair shops in all my years of car ownership and I don't remember ever having work done I had not approved first. Is this normal for this company? As pleased as I was that the work was done, this episode left me with a very sour feeling
