very very slow over 3 hours for a battery replacement ,was more interested in selling new tire to another customer than helping me. the cost of a battery was almost 300 dollars checked the next day could of got the same type for a lot less and had it installed for free instead of paying them to put it in

Called 4 hours ask if I could seen that day they said yes and made me appointment for 4 I got there at 3:30. From 3:30 to 5:15 I waited to get an oil change and 4 new tires, little did I know they did not have the tire on hand so I had to waite until they were delivered to them, then as I waited to received service, other customer were being waited a head of me. :( I been a customer since 2014, and have been there for service before, I also have a life time warranty on my tires which they did not take in to consideration and gave me a new warranty on my new tires so what happened to my warranty on my old tires he suggested I get four new tires and I really only needed to I want up leaving after 7 p.m. the store closed at 7 p.m. they had one mechanic working. They never changed my old sign on my windshield for me to come back when my next Oil Change is due. I found my all my paperwork I had brakes put on in 2015 tires in 2015 and is only 2 years later something wrong with that picture my son is a mechanic. This is nothing but the truth so help me God

The staff here were very nice. My car and I have been 152,000 miles together and we have all kinds of problems. I appreciated how the staff listened to me and didn't treat me like a crazy woman with an old dented car.

I do have a concern. After I had explained all my tales of woe and signed the form to have my car checked out, I expected to be given an estimate of what fixing my stated problem (no air-conditioning) would cost Before any work was done.I was really shocked when I was presented with the fact that $172.00 worth of work had already been done and they wanted to do $100.00 more. What would they have done if I had been unable to pay for what they had already done???? I have been to a great many repair shops in all my years of car ownership and I don't remember ever having work done I had not approved first. Is this normal for this company? As pleased as I was that the work was done, this episode left me with a very sour feeling

While the front desk person, Erik, was great. He is the only reason this is getting a 2 star rating.

I purchased my tires there & received a few free oil changes. I ended up paying extra due to my car type.

I had to go back 2x to have my change oil indicator & was made to feel like I was a nuisance the 2nd time I returned. This is unacceptable & the job of your mechanics. We will NOT be returning for any sort of car maintenance again, this includes for tires.

Brad arrived at our door within ten minutes of calling for a garage door checkup. He replaced the "eyeball" controller as the old one was worn out. We needed a new door opener on the small garage door and he set up an appointment to install a new one the next day between 11 AM and 3 PM. He was at the door at exactly 11AM and completed the installation in an hour. He was pleasant, professional and on time. This is almost unheard of in todays market. We are highly pleased and would recommend him any day. Thanks for a job well done.
