I had finally grown my hair out to a mid back length and wanted to try a long bob. The photo I showed the stylist was in fact that, a LONG bob. I told her how much I wanted cut off and for the shortest later to still be just a little longer than shoulder length. Not only is the bob uneven, but the under layer is no more than FOUR INCHES LONG. I cannot even put my hair in a ponytail anymore because the under layer will not go up. I also got my hair colored brown over the blonde that I had in which there are blonde splotches ALL over my head showing through the brown and it looks terrible. She calmly told me the next dye job "should" take care of that. I'm sorry but I should not leave a salon with the response that next time I should get the look that I am paying for today. It made me very upset to have to pay for a hairstyle that was not what I wanted and also a poor color job. I was not pleased with this experience at all.

I am very sorry you feel your hair is shorter than you anticipated. Typically with a long bob, the bottom layer is a little shorter to create the silhouette of that particular shape. We want you to have a positive experience here at TL, and I would love to take a look at the cut as well as the color to see if there is anything else that can be done to make sure you have the look you intended. andi did the BEST job in my hair. i’ve tried going to 3 other salons in town asking for the exact same thing (dark ash brown balayage with dimension) and i started thinking i was just asking for the wrong thing and id never get my hair right. andi KILLED it on the first try after seeing my inspo pics for just a couple seconds. she was so sweet and it turned out even better than my pinterest photos. i’ve really struggled with hating my hair lately and i feel so much more confident now

Katy is amazing. She has been my stylist for years, and I am always 100% happy when I leave her chair. She has great instincts, and gets my “not-so-clear vision” for my hair. Also, the waiting room is a super comfy place to relax before the appointment. I Love Katy and TL Salon.

Sweet staff wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Laura has been my hair stylist for years she always takes the time to give me the most beautiful color and cut
